Eden Prairie has some of the nicest homes in the metro. Your HVAC equipment should match — but the contractor's commission shouldn't come out of your pocket.
Traditional HVAC Contractor
❌ Equipment marked up 40–60% above cost
❌ "Diagnostic fee" before they'll tell you anything
❌ Scheduling 1–2 weeks out — freeze in the meantime
❌ Pressure to buy the most expensive unit
❌ Hidden fees, trip charges, and "disposal" costs
❌ Commission salespeople with zero transparency

I wanted a quality system but wasn't about to pay $8,000 installed. Furnace Direct delivered a top-tier 96% AFUE unit. Had my own HVAC guy install it. Total cost was less than half the contractor quote.

Exceptional service from consultation to delivery. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the right system for our square footage. Saved $2,400 over what local companies quoted.

I've bought two units from Furnace Direct now — one furnace, one AC. Both delivered on time, both installed without issues. The savings were substantial. This is how HVAC should work.
