Where Breeze doesn't work.
Breeze is available across most of the U.S., but state lease-to-own regulations exclude a handful of states. If you live in one of these, Affirm or Shop Pay Installments at checkout is your best path.

Affirm and Shop Pay are consumer loan products subject to Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosures, including APR and finance charge. Breeze is a lease-to-own (rent-to-own) contract — not a loan — with different terms, consumer protections, and cost structure. Review each provider's agreement carefully before signing.
Cancellation rights.
Cancellation rights depend on the product you sign. For closed-end loans secured by your primary residence, TILA Regulation Z provides a three-business-day right of rescission. For unsecured loans and lease-to-own agreements, cancellation and return rights are governed by the specific provider's terms and applicable state law. Read your contract before signing.
