Jeren is the technical backbone of Furnace Direct. When you call with a question about venting, sizing, or compatibility — Jeren's the one who knows the answer. He keeps our pro relations running and makes sure every client walks away with the right solution.
Michael coordinates with our distributors and freight carriers to make sure every unit ships on time, arrives protected on a pallet, and is ready to install the moment it gets to you. If your delivery is on time — Michael made it happen.
Emily makes sure every customer finds the right heating or cooling solution. She handles post-purchase questions, follows up on support issues, and makes sure the experience doesn't end when the unit ships. She's why we have a 5.0 rating.
Andrew keeps the engine running behind the scenes — managing product data, order logistics, and the systems that keep Furnace Direct operating efficiently. With 26+ years of HVAC trade experience, he built Furnace Direct on one belief: homeowners deserve the contractor's price.
