We offer same-day delivery on most of our units. If same-day isn't available in your area, standard delivery typically arrives within 2β5 business days β still significantly faster than waiting on a contractor to schedule you in.
Unfortunately, no. We operate out of a shared warehouse facility, and our warehouse partners don't allow homeowner pickups on-site. All orders ship directly to your door.

Inspect your delivery before signing. If you see damage, note it on the freight receipt and take photos. Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours and we'll help file the claim and send replacements.
All units ship freight on a pallet with proper packaging. Smaller accessories may ship standard ground. You'll receive a curbside delivery β have a plan to move the unit from the curb to your install location.
You'll need a licensed HVAC contractor to install your unit. Homeowners can either pick by finding their own installer, or using one of our Furnace Direct Pros. Many homeowners save thousands by buying the furnace direct and paying only for installation locally.
Yes β our Boiler/Furnace Install Kit includes valves, fittings, elbows, and expansion tank so your installer has everything on-hand. Add it on the product page before checkout.

Unregistered products default to a 5-year limited warranty instead of 10. Always register within 60 days to get the full protection.
No. The full manufacturer warranty applies regardless of where you purchased the unit, as long as installation is performed by a licensed contractor and the unit is registered within 60 days.
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and PayPal. Financing options are available right in checkout through Shop Pay.
For smaller orders, no. For larger split-payments, Shop Pay may do a soft check β it doesn't affect your credit score.

Furnace Direct is a wholesaler β our responsibility begins and ends with the unit itself. Any installation-related issues are between you and your installer. You're responsible for:
- Selecting the correct furnace size for your home
- Using a licensed professional for installation
- Registering your warranty within the required timeframe
- Following all local codes and safety regulations
Returns are accepted within 30 days on uninstalled units in original packaging. Call us to initiate a return β freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We already price at or near factory cost, so there's rarely anything to match. If you find a lower legitimate price on the same unit, call us and we'll do our best to work with you.
