Furnace Direct (a brand of Hamlin Mechanical LLC) operates an SMS text-messaging program to help customers move through the quote, financing, and order process. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.

Program description

When you request a quote, submit our contact form, or view a quote we have prepared for you, you may choose to receive text messages from Furnace Direct. These messages relate to your quote, financing options, scheduling, order status, and related offers from Furnace Direct. This is a recurring messaging program.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at furnace.direct/pages/contact, or by entering your mobile number when you request or view a quote and agreeing to the consent language shown at that time. We do not text customers who have not opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us (for example, quote follow-ups and order updates).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Furnace Direct does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. To rejoin, opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message, email sales@furnace.direct, or call (888) 762-1334.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
