Por qué sin ductos

Sin ductos significa que no hay pérdidas por ductos (hasta el 30% de la energía de un sistema HVAC tradicional se pierde a través de ductos con fugas). El compresor inverter acelera y desacelera suavemente, por lo que no hay ciclos bruscos de encendido/apagado. What is the warranty?

All equipment ships with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 10 years parts, 1 year labor on the compressor/heat exchanger). Registration is required — we send registration instructions with the unit. Install through our licensed installer network preserves the warranty; DIY install may void coverage depending on the manufacturer.

How fast does this ship?

In-stock equipment ships within 1–2 business days via freight (pallet delivery). Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your zip. You will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery. Equipment is in stock unless the product page shows "Special Order".

Is financing available?

Do you handle the install permit?

Mini-split installs typically do not require a permit if the existing electrical disconnect is reused. If a new disconnect or breaker is needed your installer will pull a permit. Permit handling is included in install cost when required.

Can I install this myself?

Some mini-splits ship with quick-connect line sets that DIY-capable homeowners can install (e.g., DIY-series with pre-charged line sets). Most professional installs are still recommended because vacuum-pulling a refrigerant line and verifying torque on flare connections requires HVAC tools.
